About Carlson Tech Services
Carlson Tech Services was founded in June 2014 by Jerry Carlson Jr., who has been working with technology since his days in the U.S. Army (1983–1993) and through a career that also included stints as a mailman, a short-order cook, and a radio DJ.
That mix is exactly the point: CTS explains tech the way a good DJ reads a room — clearly, patiently, and without making you feel small for asking.
More than a decade in, the formula hasn't changed: honest advice, fair work on Windows PCs, and service from a neighbor — not a call center. And when a question is outside what we do, we'll tell you that straight, too.
